b. Return Authorisation: Before returning any items, you must contact us on info@timanttiactive.com to obtain a return authorisation. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and the return address.
c. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
d. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their condition. If the item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items
a. Sale and Clearance Items: Items marked as sale or purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds, unless they are damaged or defective.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, you can initiate a return as per our refund policy and place a new order for the desired item.
