Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Period
   The Timantti Activewear Ultimate Birthday Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open from 23 September 2026 at 00:00 until 30 September 2026 at 23:59 (“Competition Period”).

Email subscribers receive exclusive early access from 22 September 2026. Qualifying purchases made by email subscribers from 22 September will be eligible for entry, provided all other entry requirements are met.

2. How to Enter
   To qualify for entry, participants must complete all of the following:

   • Purchase at least one Kalio or Kolme item from Timantti Activewear during the applicable entry period;

   • Like the official Ultimate Birthday Giveaway post on Timantti Activewear’s Instagram account;

   • Share the official Giveaway post;

   • Interact with the official Giveaway post; and

   • Follow all participating brands included in the Ultimate Birthday Giveaway.

3. Qualifying Purchases

   • Only purchases of Kalio or Kolme items qualify.

   • Sale items do not qualify.

   • Orders placed using discount codes or promotional discount codes do not qualify.

   • Qualifying purchases must be successfully completed and paid for during the applicable entry period.

   • Orders that are cancelled or refunded will not qualify.

4. Entries

   • Each qualifying order constitutes one entry, provided all entry requirements have been completed.

   • Multiple qualifying orders may result in multiple entries.

   • Entries that do not meet all requirements will be considered invalid.

5. Prize
   The winner will receive the Ultimate Birthday Giveaway prize package, consisting of the prizes supplied by Timantti Activewear and the participating brands, as detailed in the official Giveaway announcement.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

   • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

   • The winner will be contacted via Instagram and/or the contact details associated with their qualifying order.

   • If the selected winner cannot be contacted or is found not to have met the entry requirements, Timantti Activewear reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General

   • The Giveaway is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize unless otherwise stated.

   • Timantti Activewear reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, misleading, incomplete or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

   • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

   • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
